Abdul Rahman Al Zahrani is the Human Resource and Admin General Manager of Abdul Latif Jameel Machinery Saudi Arabia, part of Abdul Latif Jameel, a collective of independent international, family-owned and diversified businesses, founded in 1945 by the late Abdul Latif Jameel.

Abdul Rahman provides leadership in shaping organizational culture and driving people‑focused strategies that support long‑term growth. He oversees talent management, employee development, and performance frameworks, while ensuring strong governance across HR policies and administrative operations. In addition, he contributes to cross‑functional leadership initiatives that strengthen the Abdul Latif Jameel Machinery’s overall organizational capability.

Mr. Al Zahrani joined Abdul Latif Jameel in 2016 as Senior Human Resource Executive in Abdul Latif Jameel Summit Company. Prior to joining the company, Abdul Rahman worked successfully across Saudi Arabia with leading companies and has over 18 years of deep experience in HR operations, supporting business transformation, and driving people-focused initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Mr. Al Zahrani graduated from King Abdul Aziz University, Saudi Arabia with a Degree in Human Resource and Midocean University, United Arab Emirates with an MBA in Project Management. He speaks Arabic and English.
